PositionSummary

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Human Resources Officer to lead our globalHRstrategy and operations. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive organizational culture, talent development, and strategicHRinitiatives to align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensiveHRstrategy aligned with the companys vision and business goals.

Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent.

Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

Foster a culture of collaboration, and innovation to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction.

Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

ManageHRbudgets and optimizeHRtechnology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as a trusted advisoronHR-related matters.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent).

10+ years of progressiveHRleadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role.

Proven track record of driving strategicHRinitiatives in complex, fast-paced environments.

Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leadership and stakeholders.

Experience working in a multi-site organization is a plus.

Ability to travel to multiple locations in the area as needed.
