The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to oversee real-world operational tasks within the Corona Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incident communication, updating tracking systems, and facilitating team meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Notify the Real World Corona Team via Microsoft Teams when an incident occurs.

•Retrieve storyboards from the Confluence page and organize them within the folder structure.

• Maintain accuracy by updating ADEPT Database and the Overall Box Score.

•Keep records updated by managing the Corona Tracker (Low Side) and Planner (High Side).

•Coordinate with the Project Lead and Analysis Lead to schedule team sync meetings, including room reservations and setup.

•Attend and actively participate in the Corona 12 meeting, with the Real World Leads.

•Ensure organization and accessibility of project-related documents by maintaining the folder tracker.

•Support dashboard updates and track delays/issues, providing reports to the Technical Project Manager and Project Lead.

Required Qualifications

•Proven experience in project management, preferably within operational or technical environments.

•Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Planner, and SharePoint.

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document and data management.

•Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.

•Problem-solving mindset with the ability to track and report delays/issues efficiently.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent multitasking abilities to ensure project continuity and accurate documentation.

Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance

Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and dashboards

Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell or Python)

Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-900, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)

Experience working in a technical or government project environment

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:$25.27
