Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pre-Owned Sales Manager to lead our Pre-Owned vehicle department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, particularly in the luxury automotive market. You will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, and leading a team of dedicated sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the pre-owned vehicle sales team to achieve sales goals and profitability targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase inventory turnover and enhance customer satisfaction.

Manage pre-owned vehicle inventory, pricing, and merchandising.

Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize performance and customer engagement.

Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Foster a customer-centric culture to ensure exceptional service and retention.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales management, with a focus on pre-owned vehicles.

Strong understanding of the automotive market.
