Be at the fore in ensuring our processing equipment remains in optimal and safe working condition.
Shifts Offered:
1st Shift: 6 AM – 6 PM
2nd Shift: 6 PM – 6 AM
Schedule: 2-2-3 rotational model, enjoy longer weekends biweekly!
Your Role Responsibilities:
Adhere to safety and food safety standards, focusing on OSHA, GMP compliance.
Lead preventative maintenance optimally to avert unnecessary halts.
Identify, troubleshoot, and repair faults in PLCs and mechanical/electrical systems.
Manage work orders and document processes diligently.
Assist with the transition and initiation of equipment ventures.
Optimize parts inventory and manage effective reordering.
Drive and enhance Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, aiding collaborative efforts.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
Preferred Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related fields.
Experience Needed: 3+ years in maintenance or a 5-year trade experience.
Industry Insight: Familiarity with food processing/manufacturing is fundamental!
Adept use of manual tools and proficiency in electrical troubleshooting.
Capable of interpreting blueprints and technical documents intricately.
Must own personal hand tools, whereas specialized tools are company-provided.
