2nd Shift Unloader

Position Summary Inbound or Outbound loading and unloading of furniture for deliveries, and staging product using hands dollies, or pallet jacks in the warehouse.

Position Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support the Inbound / Outbound operation

Receive shipments, check for damages and sort stock for distribution in the store

Validate the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipments

Communicate and report overages, shortages, and damages

Communicate with internal business partners on product status

Keep up with the movement of merchandise

Unload trailers with hand dollies

Moving furniture with dollies and pallet jacks

Use radio frequency equipment to communicate with the team and leaders

Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards

Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety

Maintains a clean work area, free from debris on warehouse floor

Meet company standards for productivity

Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Qualifications

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. One year of experience in in distribution or supply chain. Working knowledge of OSHA standards. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Position Hiring Range

The hiring pay range provides a guide for what we would reasonably pay for the position. Pay will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to: applicant’s education, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Living Spaces reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Pay is determined by various factors including market demand, applicable skills, work experience and education, location, company budget, and in-demand skill sets.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.10

Retail, Guest Services, and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI’s.
