As an IT Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver technology projects that align with business goals, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery.Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication between business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and organizational standards.
Support change management and post-implementation reviews.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of project management experience in IT or related domains.
Proven experience managing full project life cycles, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an asset.Salary and Benefits
