Associate's Degree in Human Resources/Related field and two years experience in human resources required. Bachelors in Human Resources preferred. Experience and demonstrated computer literacy with database systems, MS Office Windows, MS Office Excel and other computer-based software. Ability to provide/exhibit/demonstrate exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills to internal/external customers, ability to demonstrate acceptance of disabled persons, etc. Must demonstrate ability to work independently, be creative and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, be highly organization, with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid and acceptable NYS driver's license per organization policies, practices, procedures. Travel required.

Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4p
