Description of the role:

The Floor Sales Manager at Kansas City Hyundai in Merriam, KS plays a key role in managing the sales team on the floor, driving dealership revenue, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals

Manage the daily operations of the sales floor

Train and onboard new sales staff

Provide guidance and support to team members

Handle customer inquiries and issues

Requirements:

Prior experience in automotive sales management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to drive sales performance

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Valid driver's license

Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
