18.00 - 22 hourlyResponsibilities:
Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge
Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction
Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when neededQualifications:
Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skillsAbout Company
