Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Press Brake Operator role in Canby. Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal parts according to blueprints and specifications.

Adjust machine settings, including pressure, speed, and die configurations, to ensure accuracy.

Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and measurements.

Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake machines.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Maintain accurate production records and documentation.

Work collaboratively with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience operating press brake machines.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.

Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Knowledge of safety standards and machine operation best practices.
