Job Summary
Be the center of distribution in one of Avon, CO supporting both Summit and Eagle County. • Expected Pay Range: $61,286 - $82,472 + Annual Bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Job Responsibilities:
The Distribution Center Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Distribution Center operation.
Daily and weekly meetings with staff
Be able to perform all aspects of the DC operations including receiving, data entry, order processing, picking, auditing, shipping, delivery, replenishment and merchandise return
Efficiently maintain product flow through the warehouse and processing accuracy
Researching and resolving warehouse-to-store issues
Effective performance evaluations for staff at mid-year and annual internals
Overall organization and maintenance of the facility
Accountability for all staff members (attendance, punctuality, productivity, accuracy, safety)
Manage delivery fleet (maintenance and upkeep)
Ensure safety and security of facility to include warehouse operations and delivery operations, eliminating the temptation of theft
Maintain all SOX compliance regulations
Payroll management in the facility
Maintain good relationships with internal warehouse staff, store management and personnel, and corporate office personnel.
Innovative rewards and accountability tools must be developed, maintained, and updated to keep facility staff motivated and challenged.
Develop hourly and salary staff members under responsibility to take on more responsibility, encourage growth within the company, and increase employee retention.
Manage Team execution oninventory control and accuracy by daily reconicilaiton and Tri-mester Invenotry Counts
Manager, plan, and execute daily in-tranist rental deliveries between Summit & Eagle County
Manage team performance on new rental fleet processing during peak season ramp up
Effectively maintain seasonal and temporary help, as needed
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Mulit-year experience in retail warehouse
Multi-year supervisory experience
Proven process improvment execution. Lean Six Sigma Trained beneficial
Must possess a valid US Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
English fluency
Ability to work flexible/extended hours, including evenings and/or weekends as needed
Strong understanding of business processes including retail operations, distribution and logistics operations, including inventory control and accounting practices
Proficient in JDA’s Merchandise Management System
Spanish fluency beneficial
Criminal Background Check:
No misdemeanor possession within the past one year
No misdemeanor of theft or violence within the past two years
No felony of any kind within the past six years
No active warrants for any offense
Driving Record Requirements:
No more than 3 violations within the last 3 years
No suspended license in the last 3 years
No felony traffic violation within the last 5 years
No DUI in the last 5 years
The expected pay range is $61,286 - $82,472 + Annual Bonus. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
