Summary/Objective
The ICF Administrator provides daily supervision and direction to the operations of the Boundless ICF and MSY homes in Central Ohio.
Essential Functions

Responsible for overseeing and monitoring overall options of Boundless’ ICF and MSY programs
Manages and takes responsibility for the provision of the care of individuals served and other activities of associates within the ICF and MSY programs of IAB through supervision of managers within those programsIdentifies and acts on opportunities to help and support associates, individuals served, and families where needs can be met between homes; Always looks for creative ways to serve individuals across the different homes
Works with managers to plan, evaluate, and ensure consistent and sufficient staffing to meet the needs of the individuals served in each home
Assists in development and management of the operating budgets for each area; Provides managers with regular oversight throughout year regarding how operations are matching budget expectations
Ensures that needs of individuals served are addressed by managers and followed up in the IP in an appropriate and supportive manner
Ensures that facility and department policies, procedures, and guidelines – as well as local, state, and federal regulations – are met and followed by everyone in their respective homes
Work in collaboration with Finance Director/Business Office regarding billing of services
Coaches and teaches managers how to communicate with their associates to determine their needs as well as the needs of the individuals served; May serve as on-call (back-up)
Protects and promotes the rights of the individuals served, including confidentiality, privacy, dignity, and freedom from abuse
Interacts courteously and appropriately with individuals served, family members, visitors, and all associates under a variety of conditions and circumstances

Communicates and cooperates well and assists in problem solving with all personnel throughout community integrated services and in other departments

Supervisory Responsibility
This position is directly responsible managing all staff in the ICF and MSY homes.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel
Travel is rare, but primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected on occasion.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or at least four years of full-time paid work experience as a supervisor of programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
At least one year of full-time, paid work experience in the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities which includes responsibility for the following functions: personnel matters, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management
Excellent computer skills – including spreadsheets and word processing tools – and ability to learn new programs expeditiously.
Preferred Education and Experience
10 or more years of experience as a supervisor of programs or services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience with Advisor software.
