Paid Summer Intern - Administrative Assistant to General Manager

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Summer Intern to provide direct support to our General Manager. This is a paid, full-time internship ideal for students interested in business operations, hospitality leadership, or restaurant management. You'll gain firsthand experience in the day-to-day and strategic functions that drive a successful multi-location food brand.

As we grow, we're looking for bright, motivated college student to join our team and get an inside look at what it takes to run a fast-paced, customer-focused business.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the Director of Operations on scheduling, reporting, and project coordination

Assist with daily operational tasks, including store performance tracking and logistics

Help manage vendor communication, supply chain needs, and inventory systems

Support onboarding and training processes for new team members

Participate in site visits and meetings across multiple store locations

Assist with internal audits, SOP documentation, and process improvements

Contribute to operational planning and execution of new initiatives

Qualifications:

Current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a related field

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general office software

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Self-starter with a team-first attitude and willingness to learn

Interest in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
