Personal Lines Servicing Manager

Independent Insurance Industry

Direct Hire

Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

Grove City, Ohio

$45,000-$50,000/yr

What the position offers:

Medical, dental, vision insurance (the employee only portion of the medical insurance is 100% paid)

Opportunity for 2 bonuses each year

Holiday – usually around $750

Agency bonus given at discretion based on their performance with insurance carriers – usually around $1000-2000/year

Earn 3 weeks of PTO after 90 days

What you’ll be doing:

Work with an assigned book of business who are personal lines insurance customers

Provide excellent customer service via phone and email with clients who have questions on rates, claims, etc

Learn the details of the 23 insurance carriers they work with (this takes about 3 months)

Quote and write personal lines policies

Assist clients with policy changes and updates

Support customers during the claims process

Process payments and documentation accurately

Who we’re looking for:

Strong sense of accountability and client focus

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

A coachable, team-oriented attitude with a positive outlook

Property & Casualty (P&C) license

3-5 years of customer service experience (with at least some of that being in insurance)

An enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills
