General Manager

Job Description

The Comedy Barn is seeking a dedicated, hard-working individual to fill our General Manager position. Direct supervision responsibilities across multiple types of departments including food & beverage, retail, maintenance and guest services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (included, but not limited to)

Manager on Duty for themed, fast paced family-friendly attraction.

Serves as Safety and Loss Control Coordinator for attraction.

Responsible for maintaining a safe and aesthetically pleasing workplace and guest areas.

Coordinating with contractors and internal maintenance staff on maintenance and improvement projects, ensuring that the job is completed on schedule and within budget

Mentoring and providing direction to section leads.

Works with Executive Leadership in ensuring location financial and attendance goals are being met.

Previous work experience in the hospitality industry in strongly desired. Ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of general and retail management and supervisory experience.
