Staff Training Coordinator

CARC, Inc. is looking for an inspiring and driven Staff Training Coordinator to lead our employee training initiatives and help shape a culture of growth, learning, and excellence. In this impactful role, you’ll design and deliver dynamic training programs that support our mission, develop our team, and ensure we exceed compliance standards—making a real difference in the lives of those we serve and those who serve with us.What You’ll Do
Lead and manage New Employee Orientation to welcome and prepare new hires for success.
Create and deliver engaging on-the-job training and targeted learning sessions across all program sites.
Champion a learning culture by developing and supporting ongoing and specialized staff training.
Ensure all training programs align with CARC, Inc. policies, ICF/IDD, and Department of Health regulations.
Maintain certifications and serve as an in-house instructor for: CPR/First Aid, Transportation Training, and Handle With Care and General Education.
Continually assess training effectiveness and make data-informed recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the Human Resource Director to publish a monthly training calendar.
Keep accurate and up-to-date training records and compliance documentation.
Serve as the Relias Learning System AdministratorWho You Are
A college education or at least two (2) years of experience in human resources, training, or working in the developmental disabilities field. - preferred
A professional approach to presenting in both group and individual settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
A high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours as needed.
A valid New Mexico driver’s license (or the ability to obtain one).
A commitment to safety and quality, with the ability to pass the New Mexico Caregivers Criminal History Screening.
The ability to obtain and maintain the following certifications: CPR/First Aid Instructor, Transportation Instructor, Handle With Care Instructor.What We Offer
