Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Temp Disassembly role in Clackamas. Our client is a well-established industry leader known for innovation and a commitment to delivering the highest quality products. With a focus on continuous improvement, they pride themselves on maintaining excellence at every stage of their manufacturing process.

This is a temporary position with consistent 5x10-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

Safely disassemble manufactured parts and components using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.

Inspect parts for wear, damage, or contamination during teardown.

Sort, clean, and organize parts for recycling, repair, or reuse.

Follow standardized work instructions and safety protocols.

Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.

Accurately record part counts, scrap materials, and any defects or issues encountered.

Communicate with supervisors and team leads regarding part issues or material shortages.

Assist other team members or departments as needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or general labor preferred but not required.

Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts and lift up to 50+ lbs as needed.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely.

Willingness to work with hand and power tools in a fast-paced environment.

Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
