Four Hands is seeking a talented and versatile Salesforce Developer to join our Technology team. This role involves configuring our CRM across multiple departments, managing user accounts, maintaining the database, and training stakeholders to use the tool effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with leaders across departments such as Technology, Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing. They will also be adept at prioritizing business needs while balancing system capabilities and organizational impact.
In This Role
Oversee user management, security settings, and access controls
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages
Establish and manage workflows, approval processes, and automation rule
Create and maintain reports and dashboards, leveraging data visualization and analysis
Utilize tools like Data Loader for data import, export, and updates, ensuring data quality and integrity
Provide ongoing support to users, including training, and address system functionality and user experience issues promptly
Develop simple Apex code for triggers, classes, and batch job and implement basic integrations with third-party systems using API's
Assist with unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment processes
Utilize tools like Salesforce Sandbox, Change Sets, and Ant Migration Tool for deployments
Document configurations, customizations, and processes
Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and senior developers to gather requirements and implement solutions
Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and team meetings within an agile environment
Monitor system performance, implement improvements, and ensure the Salesforce instance is up-to-date with new features and releases

The Ideal Person
2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with experience doing Salesforce Administration
Salesforce Developer Certified with Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification
Understanding and capability to write Apex classes, triggers
Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems which includes performing upgrades, troubleshooting, and other successful integration needs
Comfortable training and educating key stakeholders and end users on system capabilities
Ability to communicate across multiple levels of leadership to build a trusted partnership
Excellent problem-solving skills to solve business and process-related issues
Technical documentation experience
