About the Role
Are you passionate about technology, enjoy solving problems, and have a keen eye for detail?
We are looking for a Web Integrations Specialist to join our team in ensuring new customers are set up for success as they launch with our online booking platform. In this role, you’ll install our booking software on client websites by setting up anchor tags and CSS to create high-converting eCommerce elements. You'll work with a variety of platforms including custom websites, proprietary systems, and common and uncommon CMS systems such as WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, and more. This is an entry-level web development position offering extensive growth opportunities and hands-on experience with common website setups in the tours and attractions industry.

What you will do
Integrate booking widgets, call-to-action buttons, and other ecommerce elements on various website platforms (e.g. WordPress, Squarespace, Joomla, Duda)
Act as an integration expert throughout the customer onboarding process, ensuring all integrations align with customer requirements and brand standards
Evaluate integrations for SEO enhancement, mobile optimization, and website performance
Customize user experiences by analyzing user interactions, addressing any conversion blockers, and enhancing content relevance
Collaborate on large-scale upgrade projects, including migration of widgets to upgraded versions of our software
Regularly communicate project status updates, risks, and solutions to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the onboarding process
What we are looking for
Ability to communicate clearly and proactively when providing updates and addressing issues
Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and minimal JavaScript
Ability to navigate unfamiliar systems and understand how they work and how to best integrate our software
Efficient delivery with strong attention to detail and deadlines
Knowledge of web accessibility guidelines
Legally authorized to work in the US
Bonus points for…
Experience using tools such as Checkfront, Google Apps, Zendesk, JIRA, HubSpot
Familiarity with connecting to REST APIs
Fluency in other languages
Adobe Photoshop
