The Minot International Airport with the City of Minot, North Dakota is accepting applications for the position of Part Time Airport Operations and Maintenance Technician. This is a part-time, non-civil service position. Starting salary for this position will be $22.02 per hour. This position will work a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week. This position will remain open until filled. + Nature of Work

This is entry-level technical work in maintaining airport facilities grounds, runways, taxiways, and aircraft parking ramps and associated equipment.

+ Minimum Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

Experience in general maintenance work, construction, medium or heavy equipment operation, medium or heavy equipment operation.

Must have the ability to clearly speak and understand the English language as required for radio communications on the airfield.

Possession of a valid North Dakota Driver License.

Applicant must be able to pass a fingerprint-based background check and maintain federally mandated security clearance required to work at an airport.

+ Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly wage of $22.02.

This is a part time, FLSA nonexempt, non-civil service position with no benefits are provided.

This position will work a flexible schedule of approximately 20 hours per week.
