Automotive Dealership Service Porter

Are you a responsible, reliable car lover with a good driving record and a positive attitude? We are looking for an enthusiastic, safe driver who can help manage the service stalls, pick up customer vehicles, clean cars, and contributing to a positive customer experience. Our ideal candidate for this Service Porter role will maintain a professional appearance and greet our customers with a smile.

Dealership Service Porter responsibilities:

Manage vehicle flow in our service stalls, service lane, service drive, and within our parking lot.

Work with the Service Advisor to complete tasks such as keeping track of key tasks, cleaning cars, driving vehicles from service stalls, fielding customer requests, and other assigned duties.

Ensure customer vehicles are ready for return after service department repairs.

Clean parking lot, service stalls, and other vehicle areas when needed.

Service customer needs with a positive attitude.

Dealership Service Porter preferred qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred

Possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Candidates are required to pass a background check

Basic knowledge of automotive repairs or service processes a plus

Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods of time in all weather conditions

A positive attitude, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
