Your new role

Address customer queries and promote customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Maintain accurate records of client interactions

Work closely with internal teams

Ensure customer retention and loyalty

Identify new opportunities and client leads

Frequent travel required to meet with clients across Scotland to understand their needs and provide a tailored service

What you'll need to succeed

Experience in a customer-facing, retail or sales position

Proactive attitude

Ability to build rapport and develop professional relationships

IT skills and proficiency using CRM software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
