About the job:
This established multi-million dollar independently owned business built a reputation on quality, service, and reliability.
The established leadership team, is driven, seasoned, and determined to continue to develop and expand new geographical territories in CT.
The CEO will drive the company's mission and promotes the vision, sets goals, and ensure alignment across all departments to achieve profitability and meet structured KPIs that are implemented and proven to continuously drive the profits.
Financial Management:
Overseeing the company's financial performance, ensuring profitability, and managing investments. Own P&L, pricing models, production ensuring the company's financial health, growth, and sustainability. This includes overseeing financial planning, budget management,
Oversee the development and management of the company's budget, ensuring it aligns with the strategic plan and overall financial goals
Monitor the company's financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action when needed
CEOs stay informed about industry trends and best practices in financial management to ensure the company remains competitive
Work with sophisticated CRMs (Salesforce) to help businesses improve, customer service, increase sales, and retain customers through KPI data analysis.
The successful CEO aligns marketing with business objectives, leveraging the CEO's personal brand, and understanding the competitive landscape. It also includes identifying target markets, developing a strong value proposition, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation using a data-driven approach, incorporating marketing automation tools and effective communication and regular meetings to keep leadership and staff engaged for driving growth and achieving long-term success.
All sales team members are highly successful and highly bonus incentivized
Structured daily huddles and weekly and quarterly meetings are targeted to goal setting, performance, quality outcomes, strategic planning and recognition .
The CEO will drive these efforts and empower leadership and staff.
Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiencies.
The ideal candidate will be a visionary with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across executive teams to achieve corporate objectives.
Utilize marketing automation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing efforts
The CEO must help create purpose and clarity, focus and force, capacity, and organizational drive.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree
Minimum 10 Years experience demonstrated success in leading a profitable organization using business systems strategy and methods.
Deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, quality control, quality assurance, production efficiency and operational organization. (P&L), Data Analysis and metrics driven experience.
*Must have Implemented a process improvement methodology
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) concepts.
Effective Marketing and sales, automate marketing and sales processes
A Business to Consumer industry background preferred
Proven experience with value-added lines of growth and expansion.
