TMD Staffing is looking to hire an admin assistant in the Baytown Texas area!

Cold Storage Warehouse

Tasks:

Oversee all customer service communication

Communicate with other departments regarding any needs and shipment status.

Oversee Supply chain processes, including inventory and transportation shipments

Coordinate with Control Tower for late arrivals, no shows, and reschedules.

Serve as point of contact for customers regarding logistics issues

Requirements:

Attention to detail and ability to accurately handle data

Basic computer skills and proficiency with warehouse management systems, excel, and outlook

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in Logistics chain of process

PAY RATE

$18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

8:00am 5:00 pm or 7am: 4:30 pm
