Job Description

We are seeking an experienced automotive detailer with high energy, great personality and a good driving record. Our store is growing at a rapid pace and this individual will assist our recon and sales department in making our new and used cars sales ready.

Responsibilities:

• Washes vehicle exterior, vacuums and cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs

• Applies wax to auto body, buffs surface and perform light color sanding as needed

• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices

• Cleans engine and engine compartment with steam-cleaning equipment and various cleaning agents

• Inspects vehicles for noticeable defects, such as dents, scratches, torn upholstery, and poor mechanical operation and communicates all defects to manager

• Uses touch-up paint and other appropriate cover-up material, as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Maintain inventory of cleaners, compounds and tools to properly and efficiently complete assigned work

• Perform minor repair of scratches and blemishes using buffers and/or wet sanders

Experience:

Minimum 2 years experience as an automotive detailer in a European high line auto dealership
