Property Soar is currently seeking a professional and reliable Front Desk Agent to join our team in New Orleans. As the first point of contact for guests and clients, the Front Desk Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Responsibilities
Greet guests in a warm and professional manner upon arrival
Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Handle incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Process reservations, payments, and administrative tasks
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Maintain records and complete daily reports as neededQualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Proficient in basic computer systems and office software
Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
