Position Summary:

The CBCKids Coordinator will assist the CBCKids Director in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children (Nursery5th Grade) to grow in their faith and build relationships. This role includes hands-on involvement in weekly services, midweek programming, event planning, volunteer coordination, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, relational, and passionate about seeing kids and families thrive in their walk with Christ.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and execution of weekly CBCKids Sunday and Wednesday classes.

Support the CBCKids Director in recruiting, scheduling, and caring for volunteers.

Help implement curriculum, prepare supplies, and ensure classrooms are ready for each service.

Be available to be present when needed during services, helping with check-in, classroom needs, and supporting volunteers.

Assist in planning, executing and attending special events (e.g., Sports Camp, All Nighter, Child Dedications) and all church events (as needed).

Follow and help implement CBCs safety, security, and child protection policies.

Help maintain attendance records, follow-up systems, and communication with families.

Provide administrative support, including printing curriculum, organizing supplies, and managing volunteer schedules.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in childrens ministry or a related field is a plus.
