Job Description
The Maintenance Tech at Cooper Street Capital is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time

Hourly Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.00

Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance inspections and identify any issues or necessary repairs
Respond to service requests from tenants and address any maintenance or repair issues
Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed
Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds
Requirements:
Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred
Strong knowledge of building systems and general repair techniques
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
