In this key role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring all employee records are accurate and up to date in our HR systems, including ADP. Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding utilizing Hireology and ADP.

Enter and maintain accurate employee data in HRIS systems (ADP, Ease, CareerLink).

Conduct monthly new hire orientation and ensure timely completion of onboarding tasks.

Support managers and employees by providing guidance on policies and HR best practices.

Oversee the issues and turning in of uniforms for employees.

Assist with login issues as needed.

Promote employee engagement through consistent communication and support.

Maintain and update employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or recruiting preferred.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
