What your day looks like:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Lead the governance, optimization / development, and maintenance of the company’s HR technology platforms as well as all integrated systems that are impacted by HR data. The HRIS Analyst will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications, integrations, and modules as well as lead the implementation of new systems and modules as needed.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Ensure adherence to Wenger policies, methods, and disciplines.
Champion and serve as the technical expert for HR technology applications – drive long term direction, design, functionality, and future enhancements.
Identify opportunities for standardization and automation within all aspects of HR processes.
Analyze and resolve application issues
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
Collaborate with HR Team and other departments to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
Lead implementation of HR technology systems / modules to include requirements gathering / documentation, user acceptance testing, etc.
Maintain a security matrix and access permissions in HR systems
Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for HR staff.
Serve as lead representative and liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HR technology design and implementation projects.
Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.
Train various end users in use of HR systems for efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) ensuring materials and documentation are current and accurate and that training materials are user-friendly
Help maintain data integrity by running queries, analyzing data and understanding use of HR data across organization
Clear and concise documentation of business requirements for system needs.
Oversee system upgrade cycles, assess impact to existing business processes and/or system functionality, perform regression testing, and perform associated revisions to training materials.
Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.
Performs other duties as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
At least three years of related experience required.
Experience with UKG/PlanSource (HCM integration), Cornerstone, Laserfiche & SharePoint is preferred.
Experience or familiarity with manufacturing and distribution is preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit or stand to work at a computer for prolonged periods of time.
