Duties

Provide exceptionally engaging service and technical support to customers.

Will be responsible for managing the front window - tasked with walk-in customer payment processing.

Will handle incoming calls and create work orders for service investigation as needed.

Assist with tap processing – obtaining quotes, collecting fees, scheduling installations of taps and meters, collecting meter information and relating to corresponding personnel for system updates.

Properly handle a diverse set of customer requests and inquiries, accurately
