We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lab Operations Associate to support day-to-day lab logistics, with a focus on labeling, packaging, shipping, and general operational support. This junior-level role is ideal for someone interested in gaining experience in a regulated lab and logistics environment. Youll play a key part in ensuring accurate product labeling, timely shipments, and maintaining cleanliness of tools and supplies.Key Responsibilities:

Generate and print accurate product labels based on batch documentation.

Apply labels to vials and packaging with precision, ensuring compliance with internal standards.

Create and manage FedEx shipping labels; coordinate daily pickups and track outbound shipments.

Prepare and package marketing materials for shipment to clinics, partners, or events.

Assist in maintaining lab cleanliness, including washing, organizing, and restocking reusable tools and supplies.

Monitor inventory levels of labeling, shipping, and cleaning supplies; communicate restocking needs.

Support routine packaging tasks and help maintain accurate shipping records.

Adhere to SOPs, safety procedures, and general cleanliness standards in the lab.

Key Qualifications:

Education

Bachelors degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent laboratory experience) or equivalent lab diploma (medical lab technologists)

Experience Level

02 years of experience in a biobank, laboratory, or cleanroom environment (suitable for recent graduates with relevant hands-on experience).

Preferred but Not Required

Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GMP, CLIA, or FDA-compliant labs).

Previous work in commercial laboratory operations, biomanufacturing, or regenerative medicine.

Familiarity with FedEx shipment coordination for biological samples.

Experience in a startup environment is a plus.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, subject to change based on business needs.
