Key Responsibilities:

Press Operation: Set up and operate stamping presses according to specifications, ensuring the production of high-quality metal parts.

Quality Assurance: Inspect parts during production to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on presses and related equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Documentation: Accurately complete production logs, inspection reports, and other required documentation.

Collaboration: Work closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth production processes and timely completion of orders.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience operating stamping presses or similar machinery in a manufacturing environment, experience on a Bruderer Press preferred

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in all tasks.
