What You'll Do as a Service Advisor:
Greet and assist customers in the service drive with professionalism and courtesy.
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service requests.
Clearly communicate service recommendations based on technician findings and multipoint inspections.
Maintain proactive contact with customers regarding vehicle status, estimates, and approvals.
Coordinate scheduling and ensure ROs are accurately written and closed in a timely manner.
Partner with technicians, parts department, and management to provide smooth workflow and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues with empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
Contribute to high CSI/CX scores through personalized service and consistent follow-up.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to company policies.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor (CDJR or high-line brand experience a plus)
Experience with CDK DMS highly preferred
Knowledge of general automotive systems and services
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
A positive, team-first attitude and customer-focused mindset; Customer First Culture
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR
