Description of the role:

We are seeking experienced Porsche Service Technicians to join our team for our brand new Porsche store at Mills Auto Group in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Porsche Service Tech, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Porsche vehicles to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

Performing diagnostic tests and identifying vehicle malfunctions

Repairing and replacing vehicle parts and components

Conducting routine maintenance and inspections

Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries

Ensuring compliance with company and manufacturer standardsRequirements:

Previous experience as a service technician, preferably with Porsche, Audi or VW vehicles

ASE certification or equivalent

Strong knowledge of automotive systems and technology

Excellent problem-solving and time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesBenefits:
