1st (Mon - Fri 7:00 am – 3:30 pm)
2nd (Mon - Fri 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm)
3rd (Sun - Thurs 11:00 pm – 7:30 am)
Weekends and Over-Time Pending Production Needs
Pay:
1st: $17/hr
2nd: $18/hr ($17.00/hr + $1.00/hr shift premium)
3rd: $19.00/hr ($17.00/hr + $2.00/hr shift premium)
Weekly Pay via Direct Deposit or Paycard
Over-Time After 40 hrs/week (1.5x)

Job Summary:
As a Forging Machine Operator specializing in axle production, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining forging machines that shape and produce high-quality axles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality components.
Job Description:
Machine Operation: Set up and operate forging machines to produce axles, ensuring accurate temperature, pressure, and alignment for each operation.
Quality Control: Inspect finished axles to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and specifications, using measuring instruments and gauges as needed.
Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting on forging machines to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
Process Monitoring: Continuously monitor the forging process, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and maintenance activities for reporting and quality control purposes. Prior experience with forging machines and knowledge of axle manufacturing processes is highly desirable.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Understanding that Safety and Quality are our first priority
Ability to bend, stand, twist, and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
Comfort working in loud, dusty environments
Punctuality, positivity, team player attitude
Must submit to background check and urine drug screening
Must own a pair of Steel Toes
Required to wear company provided PPE: Helmet, Mask, Ear Plugs, Safety Glasses
