Position: Call Center Agent

Location: Atlanta, GA

Schedule: Weekends Off

Salary: $780 - $1,125 per week

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers will be crucial in enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities:

Receive and respond to incoming calls in a professional manner

Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information

Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently

Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets set by the management

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus

Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
