The Service Business Development Center (BDC) Agent will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential service leads, booking appointments for the service department and acting as the first point of contact for our customers.Description of the role:
As a Service BDC Customer Service Agent at Way Scarff Ford in Auburn, WA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling inquiries related to automotive services and repairs. This position will be working Monday thru Friday 9:30am to 6:00pmResponsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
Provide information on services, pricing, and other relevant details
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure customer satisfaction
Assist in valeting customer vehicles after 4:30pmRequirements:
Prior customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of automotive services is a plus
Valid drivers license
