Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to architect and execute a high-impact marketing strategy that fuels our aggressive double-digit growth plans.
As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads across multiple channels, supporting rapid expansion into new geographic markets, and building a powerful organic presence.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, data-driven leader with a proven track record of scaling marketing functions in a high-growth environment, all while maintaining meticulous budget discipline. This role reports directly into our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine a comprehensive marketing strategy directly aligned with the company's goal.
New Market Expansion: Lead the creation and execution of go-to-market strategies for launching A1 Garage in new geographic locations, including market research, launch campaigns, and ongoing local marketing initiatives.
Organic Growth & Content Leadership: Architect and oversee an unparalleled content strategy (SEO, blog, video, guides, local SEO) that establishes A1 garage as the authoritative voice in home services, driving significant organic traffic, leads, and brand authority.
Social Media Advancement: Develop and scale a robust social media strategy focused on brand building, community engagement, customer acquisition, and reputation management across relevant platforms.
Demand Generation: Own the multi-channel lead generation engine, including digital (SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Ads, Email Marketing, Local Service Ads) and potentially offline channels, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to the sales & services team.
Marketing Budget & ROI Optimization: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring marketing costs remain within 10-12% of total revenue. Continuously track, analyze, and report on campaign performance (CAC, ROI, CPL) to optimize spend and maximize results (ROAS).
Brand Development: Define, refine, and champion the A1 garage brand identity across all customer touchpoints, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Implement robust tracking and analytics frameworks. Utilize data to deeply understand customer behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make informed strategic decisions. Present clear performance reports to the executive team.
Team Leadership & Collaboration: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team (internal staff and/or external agencies/freelancers). Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely and transparently with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives, operational capacity, and customer experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or equivalent senior marketing leadership role (7-10+ years preferred).
Demonstrated success scaling marketing functions and driving significant, measurable revenue growth in a B2C environment, preferably within home services, local services, or a related field.
Deep expertise across the marketing mix, particularly in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, social media, Email).
Strong track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies, including new market or location launches.
Proven ability to manage marketing budgets effectively, demonstrating strong ROI and achieving cost efficiency targets (e.g., marketing spend as a % of revenue).
Extensive experience with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems (e.g., ServiceTitan, HubSpot etc), and data visualization platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
