Position Summary:
The Learning Solutions Coordinator will develop learning curriculum and deliver technical, professional and proprietary system training. This position will collaborate with departments and practice groups to support employee development needs through coaching, consulting and training. The Learning Solutions Coordinator will develop learning strategies to equip employees with the tools, information, and support to maintain meaningful skills to navigate the rapidly changing and evolving technology landscape. At this time, candidates who would work in the following states will not be considered for this role: VT, RI, NY, NJ, NH, MI, ME, MA, DE, CO, CT, CA, and AZ.
Essential Functions:
Conduct training needs analysis and comply with instructional design and methodology standards in the design and development of effective learnings assets, which support the business needs, principles, objectives, strategies, and policies.
Coordinate technical and learning onboarding logistics for new employees with hiring personnel, administrators and management.
Collaborate with departments to establish and support short- and long-term plans for continuous learning and integration of new and existing employees.
Participate as a project team member to evaluate software, with an eye to design and develop effective learning assets for the prescribed audiences.
Design, develop and curate learning assets, including videos, handouts, and eLearning.
Facilitate training sessions covering specified areas, including new employee, on-the-job, refresher, adoption, and upgrading, using the appropriate delivery method, including individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, and workshops.
Provide second level support to the Service Desk for incidents that require in-depth education and software functionality.
Maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and familiarity with internal processes to evaluate existing learning and development assets for their effectiveness and value.
Identify and pursue collaboration opportunities across the firm to strengthen technological knowledge and confidence, promote efficiencies, and support innovation.
Provide ad hoc coaching and support as requested by management and technology consumers.

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite applications
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
3 - 5 years of experience in similar field.
Knowledge and work experience in a legal environment.
