We are seeking a motivated Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll support clients through quoting, policy management, and daily service needs. You'll begin by working in personal lines with the opportunity to expand into commercial insurance as you grow. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to launch a long-term career in the insurance industry.
Base salary of $30,000 to $35,000 per year

Responsibilities
Provide quotes for a variety of insurance products
Sell and service personal insurance policies
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely, professional manner
Support the team with policy changes, renewals, and account updates
Deliver exceptional service while building lasting relationships with clients and underwriters
Requirements
