Banyan Living is a vibrant and rapidly expanding company focused on the management of luxury apartment homes across the greater Cleveland and Columbus metropolitan areas. We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our enthusiastic team.

As a Maintenance Technician at Banyan Living, you will be integral in ensuring that our communities are well-maintained and provide a safe, inviting environment for our residents. Your expertise in maintenance and repair tasks will guarantee that our properties remain in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems.

Conduct regular inspections of the property and respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents.

Assist in preparing units for new residents, ensuring they meet company standards.

Maintain the grounds and common areas of the property to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment.

Keep accurate records of maintenance work, requests, and inventory of supplies.

Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

1-3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary.

Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform various manual tasks.

Availability for on-call duties and flexible scheduling as needed.
