Looking for a Technical and Energetic, Home Comfort Advisor Sales Professional with a positive attitude.
This person will create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our
products and pricing. Demonstrating skills that can present options for new or replacement equipment
and components while clearly identifying client needs and home comfort desires. The Home Comfort
Advisor should be able to identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities in
order to achieve department sales and capacity goals.
Duties:
Meet with current or prospective clients to evaluate their HVAC system, demonstrating the ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions.
Providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing options for new or replacement equipment and components
Communicate proper operation and owner's maintenance of the installed equipment to the client
Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions for the client
Develop strong bonds with clients while negotiating and closing deals to earn repeat business and referrals
Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
Achieve and exceed budgeted sales goals by generating sales leads through various established techniques
Identify new business opportunities by performing direct sales activities
Skills:

Should be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings and specification
Accurately list/order materials and supplies for use on the job
Work under time and budgetary constraints and pressures and efficiently manage time and schedules
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of HVAC Home/Commercial Sales and Installation experience required
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues.
Licenses:
Valid driver license with clean driving record
EPA Certification through the Environmental Protection Agency to handle refrigerants required
Requirements:
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Must have flexible schedule to meet customer’s needs with the ability to work nights/weekends
Knowledge of Excel and Word is required
Should also be very familiar with the use of smart phones, email, and Outlook
Previous HVAC experience
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
