Responsibilities
Receive inbound service calls and set appointments/answer questions for our service department
Respond quickly to internet & phone inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
Follow up with Customer Concerns and Questions by Discuss with Management Team
Maintain positive relationships with teammates and dealership management.
Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in customer service or Call Center Required
Previous Dealership BDC Experience and CDK experience a Plus!
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Prompt and courteous demeanor
Positive and hardworking personality
Strong computer skills
Valid driver’s license
