Position: Automotive Finance Manager
Compensation: Up to $225,000/year (Salary + Bonuses)

Responsibilities:
Present finance and insurance products to customers in a transparent, ethical, and effective manner
Build relationships with lenders to secure competitive rates and approvals
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
Maintain high CSI and repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of F&I experience in a high-volume dealership
Proven track record of top performance in PVR, product penetration, and lender relations
Excellent communication and closing skills
Strong understanding of compliance and paperwork accuracy
Dealertrack, RouteOne, or similar DMS experience preferred
