Project Scheduler

Job Title: Project Scheduler Job Description We are seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to join our team.

This project involves the construction of a small molecule building within a larger complex dedicated to the research and development of molecular therapies.

The facility aims to transform molecules into tools for combating diseases.

Originally scoped at $290 million, the project has recently expanded by an additional $200 million.

Responsibilities + Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

+ Perform critical path analysis and identify potential scheduling risks.

+ Collaborate with master scheduler, project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.

+ Identify and recommend schedule optimization strategies to improve efficiency.

+ Ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards for scheduling.

+ Assist in resource allocation and forecasting to support project needs.

+ Support change management processes, updating schedules to reflect scope modifications.

Essential Skills + Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project scheduling, specifically using Primavera P6.

+ Strong understanding of construction project workflows and scheduling methodologies.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Primavera P6.

+ Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
