Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client's team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for handling calls related to patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general hospital services.

Job Description

Schedule appointments, reminder calls to patients.

Book and reschedule clinic appointments.

Answer customer inquiries regarding their clinic appointments.

Must answer phones, utilize in house and pagers, make overhead announcements.

Other assignment as necessary.

Extensive phone experience and computer literate.

Skills Required

1 year experience of Call Center and Bilingual (facility specific).

Payroll and Timekeeping experience required

Intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Office applications including word, Excel and outlook.

Education/Training/Certifications

Required: Completed High School (Diploma or GED)

Additional Requirements

Shift Time: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate

$31.00 per hour
