Position Summary Supervise, assign, review and participate in the work of staff responsible for custodial maintenance of City facilities on an assigned shift; ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures and perform the more technical and complex tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.

Minimum Education, Experience And Additional Requirements Education directly related to the minimum requirements below may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
High School diploma or GED; and Six (6) years of custodial experience; and To include one (1) year of lead or supervisory experience.
Specialized training in maintenance preferred.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Possession of a valid New Mexico Driver's License or the ability to obtain by date of hire.
Possession of a City Operator's Permit (COP) within 6 months from date of hire.
Must be able to successfully qualify for and maintain a Sunport Access Control Card as determined by the criteria set forth by the policies and guidelines of the Aviation Department and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). Successful completion of a security background check conducted by U.S.
Customs & Border Protection, if applicable.
