Your Mission:

Embark on a journey with us as an Electrical Systems Specialist, where your expertise will drive innovations across our facilities. You'll tackle electrical system troubleshooting, repair, and engage in installation projects.

Diagnose and fix electrical and PLC issues efficiently.

Engage in maintenance activities, including emergency tasks.

Lead the way in project installations as directed.

Analyze and solve electrical problems to keep production seamless.

Adhere to and champion safety standards within the company.

Oversee spare part inventories, identifying needs proactively.

Commit to plant safety initiatives and resolve safety concerns.

Communicate regularly with team and managers on safety updates.

Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed and aligned.

Evaluate, prioritize, and action safety-related fixes.

Perform task-based problem-solving and maintenance communication.

Collaborate with functional teams to enhance facility operations.

Read and interpret technical diagrams and use various tools effectively.

Adapt to additional tasks with agility and clarity.

Do You Qualify?

Hold a valid Vermont Journeyman License, with Masters preferred.

High school diploma required; further education is advantageous.

Bring expertise in heavy industry electrical systems and equipment.

At least two years of dedicated electrical maintenance experience.

Primed for preventative maintenance systems.

Physically fit to meet job demands, including prolonged standing and lifting.
