Location: Remote (with Quarterly Required Travel to Boulder, CO)

Compensation: $40-45K Annualized

Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator will provide both strategic and administrative support, serving as an essential partner in executing high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, relationship-oriented, and excited to contribute to building and scaling impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic support to the executive team across multiple projects and initiatives.
Manage and nurture relationships with partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Assist in product development, project planning, and execution activities.
Coordinate project deliverables, track timelines, and ensure deadlines are met.
Support communication efforts, including drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and compiling reports.
Perform executive administrative duties such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
Assist in preparation and execution of exhibitor deliverables at events and conferences.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and project strategy.
Identify process improvements and help implement operational efficiencies across projects.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage both strategic and detail-oriented administrative tasks efficiently.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
Resourceful, solution-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Google Drive) is a plus.Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - relevant experience highly valued.
